Mit der Verordnung (EU) 2022\/1393 werden neuen H\u00f6chstgehalte f\u00fcr Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (\u03949-THC) in Hanfsamen und daraus gewonnenen Erzeugnissen in die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1881\/2006 aufgenommen.<\/p>

Folgende H\u00f6chstgehalte wurden festgelegt:<\/p>

Die H\u00f6chstgehalte beziehen sich auf die Summe von \u03949-THC und \u03949-Tetrahydrocannabinols\u00e4ure (THCA). Bei einer getrennten Bestimmung und Quantifizierung von \u03949-THC und \u03949-THCA wird ein Faktor von 0,877 auf \u03949-THCA angewendet.<\/p>

Die Verordnung tritt am 1. September 2022 in Kraft und gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2023. Es gilt eine Abverkaufsfrist f\u00fcr Lebensmittel, die vor dem 1. Januar 2023 rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig in den Verkehr gebracht wurden. Diese d\u00fcrfen bis zum Mindesthaltbarkeits- oder Verbrauchsdatum auf dem Markt bleiben.<\/p>
