Harmonised requirements are being prepared for this purpose.<\/p><p>The following is also being prepared:<\/p><ul><li>harmonised notification of the legal guarantee<\/li><li>harmonised labelling of the commercial guarantee of durability<\/li><\/ul><p>Directive (EU) 2024\/825 amending Directives 2005\/29\/EC and 2011\/83\/EU<\/p><p>By 27 March 2026, Member States shall adopt and publish the measures necessary to comply with this Directive.<\/p><p>They shall apply those measures from 27 September 2026.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nachhaltigkeitssiegel, die nicht auf einem Zertifizierungssystem beruhen oder nicht von staatlichen Stellen festgesetzt wurden, werden verboten.
