In general, D4, D5 and D6 may no longer be placed on the market as a substance, as a component of other substances or in mixtures in a concentration of 0.1 percent by weight (% w\/w) or more.<\/p><p><em>DEFINITION<\/em><br \/><em>Placing on the market: supplying to or making available for third parties, whether in return for payment or free of charge.
