Der SCCS stuft eine Verwendung von Zinkoxid in kosmetischen Mitteln, die zu einer Exposition der Lunge des Verbrauchers gegen\u00fcber Zinkoxid durch Inhalation f\u00fchrt, als bedenklich ein, da durch Inhalation von Zinkoxidpartikeln Lungenentz\u00fcndungen hervorgerufen werden k\u00f6nnen.<br>Im Amtsblatt der EU (Nr. L 203\/1 vom 04.08.2017) wurde deshalb folgende neue \u00c4nderungs-Verordnung ver\u00f6ffentlicht:<br>Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2017\/1413 der Kommission vom 3. August 2017 zur \u00c4nderung des Anhanges IV der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates \u00fcber kosmetische Mittel.<br>Folgende neue bzw. ge\u00e4nderte Stoffregelungen sind Gegenstand dieser \u00c4nderungs-Verordnung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zinkoxid darf in Anwendungen, die durch Inhalation zur Exposition der Lunge der Endnutzer f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen, nicht verwendet werden<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Frist gilt der 24. Februar 2018. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt d\u00fcrfen nur kosmetische Mittel, die den Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung entsprechen, auf dem Unionsmarkt in Verkehr gebracht werden. F\u00fcr die Bereitstellung gilt der 24.
