Gem\u00e4\u00df SCCS besteht somit ein potenzielles Risiko f\u00fcr die menschliche Gesundheit und diese Stoffe sollten in kosmetischen Mitteln verboten werden.<br>Im Amtsblatt der EU (Nr. L 202\/1 vom 03.08.2017) wurde folgende neue \u00c4nderungs-Verordnung zur EG-Kosmetik-Verordnung ver\u00f6ffentlicht:<br>Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2017\/1410 der Kommission vom 2. August 2017 zur \u00c4nderung der Anh\u00e4nge II und III der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates \u00fcber kosmetische Mittel.<br><br>Folgende neue bzw. ge\u00e4nderte Stoffregelungen sind Gegenstand dieser \u00c4nderungs-Verordnung:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verbot von Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde (HICC, Lyral)<\/li><li>Verbot von 2,6-Dihydroxy-4-methyl-benzaldehyd (Atranol)<\/li><li>Verbot von 3-Chloro-2,6-dihydroxy-4-methyl-benzaldehyd (Chloratranol)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Frist gilt der 23. August 2019. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt d\u00fcrfen nur kosmetische Mittel, die den Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung entsprechen, auf dem Unionsmarkt in Verkehr gebracht werden. F\u00fcr die Bereitstellung gilt der 23.
