Aktueller Entwurf der 22. Verordnung zur \u00c4nderung der Bedarfsgegenst\u00e4ndeverordnung vom 24.02.2017<\/strong>

Der aktuelle Entwurf der 22. Verordnung zur \u00c4nderung der Bedarfsgegenst\u00e4ndeverordnung (vom 24.02.2017) sieht vor, dass Lebensmittelbedarfsgegenst\u00e4nde aus Papier, Pappe oder Karton aus Altpapier herstellt und verwendet werden d\u00fcrfen, wenn durch eine funktionelle Barriere gesichert wird, dass keine aromatischen Mineral\u00f6lkohlenwasserstoffe (MOAH) auf das Lebensmittel mit einer Nachweisgrenze von 0,5 mg\/kg in das Lebensmittel migrieren.
