Methyl N-Methylanthranilate (M-N-MA) wurde mittels Verordnung (EU) 2022\/135 der Kosmetik-Verordnung (EG) 1223\/2009 Anhang III hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/p>

Eintrag 323 beschr\u00e4nkt die H\u00f6chstkonzentration in der gebrauchsfertigen Zubereitung auf:<\/p>

  1. a) 0,1 % f\u00fcr Mittel, die auf der Haut \/ im Haar verbleiben [leave-on]<\/li>
  2. b) 0,2 % f\u00fcr auszusp\u00fclende\/abzusp\u00fclende Mittel [rinse-off]<\/li><\/ol>

    In Sonnenschutzmitteln und Mitteln, die f\u00fcr die Exposition gegen\u00fcber nat\u00fcrlicher UV-Strahlung vermarktet werden, nach Buchstabe a) soll M-N-MA nicht mehr verwendet werden.<\/p>

    Die vorgenannten Beschr\u00e4nkungen und Verbote gelten auf dem Unionsmarkt wie folgt:<\/p>
