Auf der BVL-Webseite wurden in der vergangenen Woche neue Beurteilungswerte zu Allergenen von der ALS\/ALTS-AG ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Zuletzt wurden im Jahr 2016 Beurteilungswerte vom ALTS ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Die Anpassungen erfolgten u.a. auf Basis des VITAL Konzeptes (Vital 3.0) von Oktober 2019. Bei den genannten “Beurteilungswerten” handelt es sich um Werte f\u00fcr die Labore der amtlichen Lebensmittel\u00fcberwachung.
