Efsa und BfR aktualisieren ihre Bewertung und Informationen zu Mineralölkohlenwasserstoffen MOSH/MOAH

Nachdem die EFSA im April 2023 ihre Bewertung zu Mineralöl Rückständen MOSH / MOAH aktualisiert hat, hat auch das Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung (BfR) seine Informationen und FAQ (Fragen und Antworten zu Mineralölbestandteilen in Lebensmitteln) angepasst und die Mitteilung 35/2023 (Neue EFSA-Risikobewertung: Einige Mineralöl-Rückstände in Lebensmitteln bleiben gesundheitlich problematisch) dazu veröffentlicht.
