Amendments to the guidelines for bread and small baked goods published

In March 2024, the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) published an amendment to the German Food Code's guidelines for bread and biscuits on its website.
The committee amended number 2.3.5 "Toast rolls".
