Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1002 of 4 April 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/915 as regards maximum levels for perchlorate in beans (Phaseolus vulgaris) with pods was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation entered into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, i.e. on 25 April 2024.
