Commission Regulation (EU) 2024/1038 of 9 April 2024 amending Regulation (EU) 2023/915 as regards the maximum levels for the toxins T-2 and HT-2 in foodstuffs has been published.
Among other things, the limits for "unprocessed malting barley grains", "oatmeal" and "complementary foods and cereal-based foods for infants and young children" were defined.
This Ordinance shall enter into force on 30 April 2024 and shall apply from 1 July 2024.
