Amendments to the guidelines for edible fats and oils published

In April 2024, the Federal Gazette published the amendment to the guidelines of the German Food Codex for edible fats and edible oils.

These were also published on the homepage of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) on 16 May 2024. You can view the guidelines for edible fats and oils dated 18.04.2024 here:
