Lebensmittelverband Deutschland e.V. is gradually revising the BLL guidelines. Primarily due to the new design of the food association, but in the course of this the guidelines are also to be checked for up-to-dateness and adapted.
The revised, new guidelines for the assessment of mayonnaise, salad mayonnaise and remoulade can be found on the Food Association homepage under the "Media" tab in the "Guidelines" section.
