New revision of the recommended guidance values for mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH) in food published

The German Food Association has defined MOH orientation values together with the German Working Group on Consumer Health Protection (LAV) / Working Group on Food and Consumer Goods, Wine and Cosmetics (ALB). In the latest version (01/2024), the principles and definitions were revised on the basis of experience and advances in analysis. New product groups with orientation values were not named.
