The 7th version of the "Guidance document describing the food categories in Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on Food Additives" , which was updated in July 2024, is now available on the Commission's website.
This describes the 18 food categories in Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 on Food Additives for better classification of highly compounded products in particular.
