New resolutions from the 93rd ALTS working meeting published

The ALTS (Arbeitskreis der auf dem Gebiet der Lebensmittelhygiene und Lebensmittel tierischer Herkunft tätigen Sachverständigen) has published the latest resolutions from its 93rd working meeting in June 2024. The decisions cover the following topics

  • 2024/93/20 Assessment values for allergens
  • 2024/93/33 Analytical differentiation between organically and conventionally produced dairy products
