Die Verordnung (EU) 2017/237 bewirkt für Haarfärbestoffe die Änderung von Anhang III der Verordnung über kosmetische Mittel.

  • Einerseits werden Verwendungen durch Festlegung zulässiger Höchstkonzentrationen eingeschränkt
  • Andererseits werden Färbemittel für die gewerbliche Anwendung auf Wimpern freigegeben
